Regulations and prices

Rates

• Prices for double rooms vary depending on the season, holidays and length of stay, starting from €95 to €105 per night.
• The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT, and include; water and electricity, air conditioning, heating, bathroom and bedroom linen.

Availability

• Consider to book your room here, we have availability that you can’t find on tourist portals.

Booking

• At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total will be required, which can be paid by bank transfer (non-refundable in case of no-show).
• The balance of the reservation can be paid before arrival by bank transfer or in cash during check-in.
• Failure to pay the requested sum within the agreed terms of the requested sum is equivalent to cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation

• In case of cancellation or in case of no-show, the deposit paid will be retained.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in is from 3pm to 8pm (In case of delay a penalty of €20 will be applied)
• Check-out my be done by 10.30am, possibility of flexible check-out with prior notice.
• Upon arrival, guest data will be recorded and sent online to the public security authorities as required by Italian law.

Obbligation of Guests

• It is not permitted to have other people stay overnight other than those registered.
• Tourist tax €2.00 per guest per night for the first four days. Children up to 12 are exempt.
