Regulations and prices<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div>

Rates<\/span><\/h1>\n

  • Prices for double rooms vary depending on the season, holidays and length of stay, starting from \u20ac95 to \u20ac105 per night.<\/li>\n
  • The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT, and include; water and electricity, air conditioning, heating, bathroom and bedroom linen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Availability<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Consider to book your room here, we have availability that you can't find on tourist portals.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Booking<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total<\/strong> will be required, which can be paid by bank transfer (non-refundable in case of no-show).<\/li>\n
      • The balance of the reservation can be paid before arrival by bank transfer or in cash during check-in.<\/li>\n
      • Failure to pay the requested sum within the agreed terms of the requested sum is equivalent to cancellation of the reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Cancellation<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • In case of cancellation or in case of no-show, the deposit paid will be retained.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Check-in & Check-out<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Check-in is from 3pm to 8pm (In case of delay a penalty of \u20ac20 will be applied)<\/li>\n
          • Check-out my be done by 10.30am, possibility of flexible check-out with prior notice.<\/li>\n
          • Upon arrival, guest data will be recorded and sent online to the public security authorities as required by Italian law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Obbligation of Guests<\/h3>\n

            • It is not permitted to have other people stay overnight other than those registered.<\/li>\n
            • Tourist tax \u20ac2.00 per guest per night for the first four days. Children up to 12 are exempt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
